OFFICIAL CONTEST DETAILS & RULES
- CONTEST PERIOD
The Transit Trailer Social Media Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2026 and closes at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 17, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who have reached the age of majority in Ontario (18 years of age or older) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Transit Trailer, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter or win.
- HOW TO ENTER
To enter during the Contest Period:
- Locate the official Transit Trailer Giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
- Follow Transit Trailer on Instagram (@TransitTrailer) or Facebook (@transittrailerltd).
- Like the official giveaway post.
- Comment on the official giveaway post.
Limit one (1) entry per person. If the same person enters on both Instagram and Facebook, only one (1) entry will be counted.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Sharing the giveaway post, tagging friends, or posting the giveaway to a personal timeline is not required and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
- PRIZE
One (1) prize package will be awarded consisting of:
- One (1) YETI Hopper Flip 18 Soft Cooler
- One (1) Transit Trailer-branded YETI Rambler 591 mL Travel Straw Mug
- One (1) Transit Trailer-branded hat
- One (1) Transit Trailer-branded blanket
Total approximate retail value of the prize package: $500 CAD.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Transit Trailer reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- WINNER SELECTION
One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The random draw will take place on or about September 18, 2026.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The selected entrant will be contacted by direct message through the social media platform on which their eligible entry was submitted.
The selected entrant must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility, including confirmation that they:
- Are a legal resident of Ontario; and
- Have reached the age of majority in Ontario.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules, they will be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Transit Trailer, which are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.
Transit Trailer reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if any factor beyond its reasonable control interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest.
Transit Trailer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, misdirected or technically deficient entries, or for technical problems that may prevent an entry from being received or processed.
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Transit Trailer, its affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
- SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YETI, or Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show.
By entering the Contest, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability arising from or related to the Contest.
The Contest is administered solely by Transit Trailer.
- PRIVACY
Personal information collected directly through the Contest, if any, will be used for the purpose of administering the Contest, including contacting and verifying the selected entrant.
Transit Trailer will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.
